Profast was started in 1985, nearly 40 years ago, as a distributor of hand tools to the Islands and to South Florida.
Today Profast distributes nearly 4,000 products across the Islands and the Southeast United States. We do not sell to retail customers, so that we do not compete with our dealer network.
Our core product line is Lawn & Garden and Arborist products, which we sell to Outdoor Power Equipment Stores, Landscape Supply stores, Nurseries, and Hardware Stores.
In professional Paint Stores and Hardware Stores, we supply a much broader range of products, including paint sundries, hand tools, cleaning products, hardware, safety, mechanic/automotive, power tool accessories, and household goods.
